Nhiệm vụ cần làm gồm 2 phần:
Phần 1: Sử dụng công cụ Google search các cụm từ khoá sau: "innovation conference 2013", innovation conference 2014, innovation conferences 2013, innovation conferences 2014.
Phần 2: Submit thư đến các hội nghị tai Mỹ.
Trong phần 1 sau khi tìm kiếm, thông tin sẽ nhập vào file Excel với các cột sau( bao gồm 7 cột): Conference Name - URL to their contact page or speaker submission page - Status - Speaker Booking First Name( Nếu có) - Last Name( Nếu có)- Email( Nếu có) - Speaker Phone( Nếu không có thay bằng Generic Phone).

Chú ý: Nếu bạn không tìm thấy Speaker thì có thể thay thế bằng team members hoặc là board of directors page. (Có thể chú ý đến những người sau senior title for events, membership or a chair).

Thông tin mới cập nhật: "Just to clarify. We need a contact info not for a speaker, but for a booking manager, even manager, a person that is responsible for event. If can't find, then get info of some of their executives, including email address.. If not, then general contact information. But with every line we should have phone and email. If can't find, then form must be submitted on their contact page."
