Có 2 file Word riêng biệt.
Trong file Word đầu tiên sẽ chứa tất cả styles cần để cung cấp định dạng cho file Word thứ hai. Trong file Word thứ hai sẽ chứa tất cả nội dung bạn cần định đạng. Chỉ cần định dạng giống như trong yêu cầu đã được liệt kê trong file Word thứ nhất.
Hãy chắc chắn rằng một Page Break sẽ được insert giữa mỗi 50 bài phỏng vấn. Paragraph text indented 0.5 px from the left; tabbing over will not work. Copy the page layout and margins from the original styles document, which are 0.75 from the top and bottom and 0.5 on the left and right.
Need to make sure the hyperlinks remain intact when formatting the document. The final formatted document will probably be 200-220 pages in length.

Nhiệm vụ của dự án yêu cầu cập nhật danh sách theo FALL course tại Selton Hall University.
Các yêu cầu cụ thể được đưa ra như sau:
Cập nhật theo cột course in Fall - có nghĩa là ngày đầu tiên của lớp học sẽ bắt đầu vào bất cứ các tháng nào của 3 tháng sau: August - September hoặc October.
- Thu thập các khóa học với số lượng tối thiểu 50 lớp/đăng ki cho single section hoặc multiple sections.
- Đối với các lớp có nhiều bài giảng ở nhiều section, thì lấy tổng số lượng ở tất cả các section đó. Ví dụ: John Smith teaches one section of 50 students of CHEM 101 and Susan Summer teaches one section of 200 of CHEM 101, both should be listed as 250 for fall capacity (fall column). Total capacity should be at least 50. Include all instructors with qualified capacity, as discussed.
- For multiple sections under the same professor, get the total capacity and it should be at least 50 students in total across all sections. For example: Chris Devine teaches 4 sections of the same course 'CHEM 202' and they have 30 in each section, then indicate 120 in fall capacity/column.

- Face to Face/Classroom Setting/In Person (NO: Online, Hybrid-Partially on line, Off Campus, etc).
- Chairs/Head of departments where you found leads must be included. If not available, you may include Deans of the division/school and Course Coordinator.
- Cells changed must be highlighted.

Hôm nay cuối tuần rảnh rỗi, mình ngồi viết vài dòng chia sẻ kinh nghiệm về công việc kiếm tiền online từ skills.

Mình sẽ lấy ví dụ từ trang Freelancer.co.uk theo các nhóm công việc được liệt kê chi tiết dưới đây:

Nhóm công việc đơn giản nhất là Data Entry & Admin. Trong nhóm này, dạng công việc phổ biến nhất là tìm kiếm thông tin, nhập dữ liệu từ PDF đến Excel hoặc Word... Với nhóm này, bạn chỉ cần những kĩ năng cơ bản về máy tính, biết một chút tiếng Anh là hoàn toàn có thể làm được. Nếu bạn đã có nhiều kinh nghiệm trong việc tìm kiếm thông tin thì bạn có thể kiếm nhiều $ đấy. :)
Nhóm công việc còn lại sẽ yêu cầu kĩ năng chuyên biệt. :)

Theo mình có hai loại hình công việc:
- Thứ nhất, giá cố định theo dự án.
- Thứ hai, giá làm theo giờ.( Theo mình, làm loại hình này kĩ năng tiếng Anh phải là ưu tiên số 1)

Sau khi đăng kí xong( nhớ xác nhận email), sau đó bạn có thể cập nhật thông tin về Profile và bắt đầu tìm dự án để bid.

Theo mình nghĩ có rất nhiều yếu tố quyết định tới khả năng bid dự án thành công:( Mình không biết nên sắp xếp cái nào trước cái nào sau)
- Đối với trường hợp của mình, yếu tố quyết định thành công đầu tiên đó là:
Ban đầu, mình chưa có một kĩ năng gì cả nên nhóm Data Entry & Admin được lựa chọn đầu tiên( hầu hết ai cũng có thể làm), hầu như ngày nào cũng theo dõi liên tục về dự án, cố gắng bid càng nhiều càng tốt( hãy xem xét kĩ lưỡng về dự án tránh bị SCAM). Theo mình những dự án có tập tin đính sẵn để yêu cầu tìm mẫu ví dụ là cơ hội tuyệt vời để có thể bid thành công dự án( Mất vài tháng để nhận được dự án đầu tiên).
- Theo mình, những nhánh khác sẽ dễ dàng thành công nếu bạn có các kĩ năng chuyên nghiệp về nó( không nhiều người bid và đòi hỏi về kiến thức cao hơn).
- Theo mình, nên thành lập nhóm để làm vì có rất nhiều lợi ích( nhiều cái đầu sẽ tốt cho việc thảo luận, công việc sẽ làm xong nhanh hơn).
- Theo mình, kĩ năng Tiếng Anh là tương lai trong công việc nâng cao hơn.

Kiếm tiền online Dự án Excel Sorting để tạo ra các Report theo dạng khác nhau

Dự án khó:

Nhiệm vụ cần làm là phân tích sales với các nhóm khách hàng khác nhau theo dollars and units.
Tập tin Excel(bên dưới có link tải về) có các tabs:
1. Source Information: Đây là dữ liệu raw được lấy từ MYOB.
2. Source Information - Card List: Đây là dữ liệu cũng lấy từ MYOB phân loại các khách hàng thành các nhóm khách hàng(i.e Retail, Wholesale, International, Other, Corporate). Thông tin này được yêu cầu match với tên khách hàng trong "Source Information" với category khách hàng.
3. Report - Sale Dollar: Số lượng báo cáo cần tạo với tham chiếu đến source file. Báo cáo này là để summarise total sales by 4 main reports (i.e. Quotes, Orders, Invoices and Credits) để split into Frequency (i.e. Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annually) to be further split by channel (i.e. All, Retail, Wholesale, Corporate, International, Other).
4. Example Report - Sales Dollar: Bao gồm một báo cáo mẫu for your reference.
5. Reports - Sale Units: Liệt kê chi tiết số lượng báo cáo cần tạo with references back to the source file. Tổng số dòng trong file Excel là 1000 dòng và 500 actual form submissions. Form submissions are usually confirmed by an automatic email-confirmation that we will receive from each organization. Number of rows are only calculated for actual submissions and events with complete contact information.

Về Greeting:
- Không nên nói "Good day", mà nên nói "Good morning" or "Good afternoon".
- Cũng không nên sử dụng prefix "Ms", "Mr".
- Cũng không bao gồm last name in the greeting. Không nên nói "Good morning, Ms.John Smith". Instead greet with "Good morning, John". (only first name is used if we know for sure who we are talking to, otherwise use generic greeting).
Về Subject line of the message
Đối với dòng tiêu đề của all summission forms sử dụng: Suggesting great speakers for your upcoming events
Where to submit:
- Không post trên forums hoặc trên non-event sites. Carefully look what the form is for - must be a contatct form for speakers calls on the event site, not a third party sites with announcements.
Form submissions:
- Please submit forms as you visit web sites, not after the whole data mining is completed. The reason is - some submissions are time sensetive, so I want to make sure we are acting on speakers call right away.
Contact information:
Cần contact info not for a speaker (so, don't try to find it), but for a booking manager, event manager, a person that is responsible for event and for hiring speakers. Nếu không tìm thấy sau đó get info of some of their executives, including email address. If not, then gather general contact information from their contact page. But with every line we should have phone and email. If can't find, then form must be submitted on their contact page. If you cannot find contact details for a specific person, try to go to their team members or board of directors page and see if you can get an email from there for a person who has a senior title for events, membership or a chair, and then use their name and contact details instead.
